Helping with Adventurer Party Management - Chapter 25
Dear Readers,
Due to a temporary website issue, starting around April 3, all novels started before January 2025 will be temporarily moved to the drafts folder for approximately 3–4 weeks. Unfortunately, this novel is included in that list.
In the meantime, I will be uploading the latest advance chapters to my Ko-fi account for my supporters. Regular updates will resume as soon as the site allows.
Thank you for your patience and support!
Swiberry guides me to the reception area set for nobles.

So, I’m treated like a customer first. Not the best start. It feels nice to be treated like a teacher, but to achieve effective results, I’ll need to get down and dirty, and convince them that I’m one of them.
“Swiberry, I want to talk at the table where my acquaintances are, over there.”
In this business of adventurers, appearances and bravado are understood. It seems Swiberry got my message. As I moved to the table where the members were gathering, curious eyes immediately focused on me.
“I’m Kenji, a former adventurer. I’m here to offer advice on party matters, with a bit of knack for numbers and letters,” I introduced myself while showing my sword. Among the members, there were a couple of people I had guided before. I greeted them lightly, and they returned the greeting. I felt the members’ gaze soften a bit. They might start seeing me as one of their own.
With the atmosphere set, I turned back to Swiberry. “There are a few things I’d like to ask. I’ll pretend to be a new member and ask you some basic questions. I’d like your input as well.”
This was a common tactic even during my consulting days in the original world.
This was a common tactic even during my consulting days in the original world. Taking the stance of explaining to a newcomer has a triple effect: it measures the effectiveness of an organization’s educational ability, how they listen and gather information, and the degree to which they share a vision, achieving three great things in one fell swoop.
To me, Swiberry and the members’ explanations felt like hearing an emotionally charged but inadequately articulated epic saga. Many parts were unclear, but I did glean a lot about the noble’s overall origins, their combat strategies, and their current circumstances.
