Helping with Adventurer Party Management - Chapter 20
Dear Readers,
Due to a temporary website issue, starting around April 3, all novels started before January 2025 will be temporarily moved to the drafts folder for approximately 3–4 weeks. Unfortunately, this novel is included in that list.
In the meantime, I will be uploading the latest advance chapters to my Ko-fi account for my supporters. Regular updates will resume as soon as the site allows.
Thank you for your patience and support!
I’ve got the calculations down for making and selling adventurer’s outdoor shoes. But that’s all in my head for now. Adventurers are fools who only believe in what’s right in front of them. So, I need to simultaneously plan how to make the shoes and how to sell them.
“I guess renting a room at the inn isn’t really an option…”
Looking at the schedule, of which I’m probably the only adventurer in this town who keeps one, I count up the tasks. It’s the same kind of task list I used to make when I was in the modern world.

- Obtain permission from the Shoe Guild.
- Create shoe molds ⇒ Decide on suppliers for shoe parts
- Canvas assembly sites for shoes
- Collect foot model samples ⇒ Create prototype shoes
- Distribute prototypes to major clans and obtain reviews ⇒ Revise shoes based on feedback
- Launch adventurer shoes by leveraging the reputation of the major clans
I understand the workflow, but there are several critical points. Above all, I must have a secure assembly site for the shoes. It’s an absolute necessity to protect manufacturing secrets. Also, to approach major clans, I need credibility myself. In other words, should I establish my own trading company?
“You know, what if you joined a major clan already? The Fang’s Legion or Dawn of the Swift. They could really use someone as smart and resourceful as you,” Sarah suggested.
As Sarah said, should I enter a position akin to a foreman in a major clan and change things from within? In the modern world, it’s like deciding whether to start an independent office or join a large corporation.
It’s a dilemma.
