Next to the Giant Bear Tribe was the Giant Tiger Tribe, followed by the Giant Wolf Tribe, while the Giant Fox Tribe was adjacent to the Giant Lion Tribe and the Giant Leopard Tribe.

The camps were arranged in a straight line, with items placed in the middle of each camp. Some people were trading items, while most others were there to see what unique items the other tribes had, whether they were prey or plants.

Wu Xiaoyin was carried by Lei Lu to the Giant Wolf Tribe’s camp. As the tribe where the previous female came from, the Giant Wolf Tribe had the most advanced herbal medicine. The priest had also arranged for Lei Lu to help trade some precious herbs from the Giant Wolf Tribe. However, Lei Lu’s main purpose was to find out why the Giant Wolf Tribe had arrived so late this year, which had never happened before.

Xiao Kai, Kos, Bin, and Feng went to the Giant Fox Tribe’s camp to check out this year’s light gauze fabric. This was a must-have item requested by the tribe chief’s female, Hen. It was one of the three items that tribes traded uniformly, along with coarse salt from the Giant Snake Tribe and herbs from the Giant Wolf Tribe.

The light gauze was used for newborn cubs, who often had delicate skin. Heavy and non-breathable animal skins could cause rashes and red marks from friction, so the light gauze was a must-have for exchange.

Lei Lu discovered that the leader of the Giant Wolf Tribe this year was Li, whom he had dealt with before. He was from the new generation. However, he noticed that the usually spirited Li looked somewhat disheveled today. Lei Lu directly asked, “Li, why did you arrive so late this year? And why do you look so…”

Li paused from organizing the herbs upon hearing Lei Lu’s question and replied with a wry smile, “You mean disheveled? We encountered a particularly tough giant-winged beast, which delayed our trip. We also lost some of our herbs, which will greatly affect our trading of beast meat this year.”

Upon hearing this, Lei Lu realized that the trading requirements for herbs from the Giant Wolf Tribe would likely increase this year. However, most of the beastmen from the Giant Wolf Tribe were honest and straightforward, and Li was no exception. As the leader responsible for this trip, he would increase the requirements for prey and furs to make up for some of the losses, but it wouldn’t be a drastic change.

Wu Xiaoyin didn’t know much about herbs, so he quietly listened to the conversation between Lei Lu and Li about the trade. He didn’t add any comments.

It wasn’t until a burning gaze was directed at him that Wu Xiaoyin snapped out of his thoughts. He saw a female from the Giant Wolf Tribe staring at him intently. He asked in confusion, “Excuse me, is there something you need?”

The owner of that gaze turned red upon hearing Wu Xiaoyin’s question and replied, “I just think you’re really beautiful, so I couldn’t help but stare.”

Hearing the word “beautiful,” Wu Xiaoyin internally rolled his eyes countless times. As a big man, the most common descriptions for him after arriving at the Beastman  Continent were “beautiful,” “cute,” “petite,” and “fair-skinned.” This is truly unforgivable!
