When Wu Xiaoyin woke up the next day, he noticed that the sounds around him were even louder than the night before. He thought that perhaps another tribe had arrived.

While Wu Xiaoyin was still in a daze, Lei Lu returned from hunting, cleaned up, and entered the tent.

Lei Lu saw Xiao Xiao sitting on a black giant cow skin, holding the white fur of a giant rabbit, with his eyes slightly misty and looking dazed. Lei Lu instinctively swallowed, feeling a bit thirsty. However, he quickly scooped Xiao Xiao into his arms and kissed his cheek for a long time before starting to help him wash up.

When Lei Lu was halfway through feeding the sleepy Wu Xiaoyin breakfast, Wu Xiaoyin finally became fully awake. He was already quite familiar with being held by Lei Lu and being fed. He had long since passed the stage of shyness and speechlessness. After swallowing a mouthful of giant cabbage meat soup, he looked at the new tents around and asked, “Did another tribe come?”

Lei Lu carefully fed Xiao Xiao and replied, “Yes, the beastmen from the Giant Lion Tribe and the Giant Leopard Tribe have arrived. They just finished setting up their camp and went out to hunt.”

After hearing this, Wu Xiaoyin didn’t ask further. After eating breakfast, he suggested that they could explore the area. At that moment, Xiao Kai and Feng, along with the loyal tiger Kos and Feng, joined them.

So the six of them strolled through the valley. Wu Xiaoyin discovered that the valley was different from the autumn scenery around it because there was a hot spring in a corner of one side of the valley. The hot spring water displayed a rainbow of vibrant colors—red, yellow, blue, green, purple, and even pink. It was truly eye-opening for Wu Xiaoyin.

This was a natural gift from nature without any artificial colors. How could he not be amazed by it?

Feeling eager to test the temperature of the water, he realized that he couldn’t move because Lei Lu was holding him. Watching Xiao Kai and Bin touch the natural warm water with surprise and joy, he patted Lei Lu to signal him.

Seeing Xiao Xiao so eager to try, Lei Lu didn’t stop him. He set Xiao Xiao down and took his hand. He watched Xiao Xiao’s happy face as he touched the hot spring water, his heart melting at the sight.

After playing around the hot spring for a while, they agreed to come back to bathe there tonight before heading back. On the way, Wu Xiaoyin picked some giant roses, of course, edible ones. He planned to use the fresh roses to make rose tea.

While they were walking back, they ran into Zhan and Lan Shi returning from hunting. They headed back to the Giant Tiger Tribe’s camp together. Zhan looked eagerly at Wu Xiaoyin, and no matter how Lan Shi signaled, he couldn’t stop Zhan’s determination to eat. Noticing the black-faced male named Lei Lu, Lan Shi facepalmed, thinking:  Forget it, this this fool couldn’t see the fierce glare coming from Lei Lu, and he probably wanted to kill Zhan.

So after Zhan traded for the barbecue sauce, Lan Shi dragged him back to the Giant Bear Tribe’s camp without a word. Looking at Zhan, who was blissfully unaware while holding a large jar of barbecue sauce, Lan Shi felt exhausted to say anything.

When Lan Shi turned his gaze away, he noticed that the males from the Giant Snake Tribe were staring intently at the Giant Tiger Tribe’s camp. Their eyes were filled with resentment and wariness. Lan Shi didn’t know what was going on, but he thought it was best to warn the people from the Giant Tiger Tribe. After all, being neighbors with the Giant Snake Tribe, Lan Shi was well aware of their cunning and treacherous nature!
