The Exchange Day would last for five days in total. During the last half month of the harvest season, the first five days and the last five days were allocated for the beastmen to travel, while the middle five days were for exchanging their needed items. This ensured that all tribes could reach the center of the continent with enough time.

With two days until the trading began, Wu Xiaoyin had no interest in aimlessly wandering by the messy lake. Moreover, this wasn’t the familiar Giant Tiger Tribe, so he didn’t dare to wander too much in search of new foods. He quietly stayed by the side and watched Lei Lu and the others set up the tents, which was a simple and straightforward process. Three support poles formed a tripod, with a whole piece of animal skin draped over it, and stones were used to weigh it down. Then it was done.

Then he waited for Kos, Feng, and his father Lei Yan to return from hunting.

Since they weren’t as familiar with the environment as they were in the Giant Tiger Tribe, the hunters returned quickly. Kos and Feng brought back two giant pig beasts, while father Lei Yan came back with a giant bull beast and a giant rabbit beast.

Wu Xiaoyin quickly stir-fried a large plate of shredded water bamboo with pork and prepared the still bubbling taro stew. The remaining giant pig, giant bull, and giant rabbit were roasted by Lei Lu and the the other three. Of course, the aroma of the roasted meat seasoned with Wu Xiaoyin’s special barbecue sauce could be smelled from afar.

By the time Wu Xiaoyin and the others started eating, they could hear the sounds of saliva dripping around them, including from the members of the Giant Tiger Tribe and the Giant Bear Tribe, Giant Snake Tribe, and Giant Fox Tribe.
