Zhao Xunyu concluded that Chu Zhi Lu wasn’t taking responsibility and decided to hit her with a strong dose of reality. 

“I advise you to correct your attitude, be sincere, and don’t provoke me. I have been chaste since I was a child, and I have never even held a girl’s hand. You stole my first kiss and must give me a satisfactory explanation.”

Chu Zhi Lu said sincerely, “I am sorry. I was drunk and didn’t know what I was doing.”

Zhao Xunyu sneered and said, “Does saying sorry work? Can apologizing bring back my first kiss? If I hadn’t exposed you, you would have gotten away with it, and my pure and precious first kiss would have been buried in vain.”

“…” Then how should she express her sincerity to make up for the mistake she made to him? What kind of explanation would satisfy him?

“Then what do you want me to do?” Chu Zhi Lu asked seriously.

“Tell me the truth. Why did you kiss me? Was it because of my looks?” 

His eyes were sharp, as if he wanted to see through her. The two of them sat across from each other and had a serious conversation. Chu Zhi Lu thought for a moment and wanted to speak, but he cut her off. 

“Don’t say anything insincere. Tell me, is it because of my looks?”

“…Mm.” Chu Zhi Lu gave up the fight.

“Hm.” Zhao Xunyu looked as if he had expected it. “And then?”

“…Let you kiss me back?” Chu Zhi Lu accepted defeat.

“My first kiss isn’t just precious, every kiss is precious! You just want to keep taking advantage of me…” 

Zhao Xunyu said, suddenly changing the subject, “What happens after the kiss?”

“You took advantage of me, a v*rgin, so you shouldn’t be responsible for me, right?”

Chu Zhi Lu thought she had misheard. She said with difficulty, “Ah?“

Zhao Xunyu didn’t let go. Instead, he pinched her cheek. Her skin was porcelain white and delicate. Her crimson lips were slightly parted, contrasting with her cold demeanor.

Zhao Xunyu leaned closer to her. The scent of her body gradually grew stronger. Her eyelashes fluttered like a small fan, and she stared at him without blinking, without dodging or avoiding.
