S*x Toy Designer (1v1) - Chapter 30
Tina sensed something off but didn’t pry, pushing the plate of fried rice closer. “Eat up. Then join me for a few drinks. There’s another show tonight. You came at just the right time. You might catch other events.”
Chi Zaozao nodded, shovelling the rice, as if swallowing her tears. Tina signaled the bartender to leave, leaving them alone.
When Chi Zaozao looked up, most of the rice was gone. It was delicious, freshly made. She didn’t know how it was timed so perfectly and lacked the energy to care.
“Full?” Tina, finishing her drink, tapped the bar. “Two more.”
Chi Zaozao nodded faintly, taking the glass with a quiet “Thanks.” She glanced at Tina. “You mentioned other events?”
Tina didn’t hesitate, pointing to a nearby area. What was once a booth was now a circle of seats, occupants in identical outfits and full-face masks, revealing only their eyes.
“Tonight’s a warm-up for the anniversary celebration, an old tradition here. Those without a Master or s_ave can find a playmate for the night. When tomorrow comes, everyone will be strangers again.”
Tina explained the setup: male d_ms wore suits, female d_ms wore leather, with no distinguishing marks. No revered kings here, everyone was equal.
Chi Zaozao licked her lips, her thoughts drifting to the contract she’d signed.
“What’s wrong?” Tina caught her dejection, smiling. “Got a Master in just a few days?”
Chi Zaozao flinched, her glass wobbling, but no wine spilled.
“Er… not exactly…” The contract wasn’t a binding sale, just mutual needs met…
She gave a bitter smile, linking arms with Tina and heading to the changing room.
“You sure? No take-backs,” Tina pressed, concerned. “You don’t know who you’ll meet, and… it’s messy here. Some just want a quick s_x.”
Chi Zaozao had changed into a white dress with a daisy at the neck, no other adornments.
Donning a rabbit mask, she adjusted her skirt in the mirror.
“Tina, I’m fine. If I don’t like anyone, I’ll leave. I don’t have to choose, right?”
Tina’s fussing lightened her mood. She knew Tina genuinely cared.
Tina sighed, watching her enter the circled area, sending a quick text and sitting nearby, ready to intervene if needed.
Inside, several suited men approached.
“Fancy a chat, gorgeous?” One’s eyes, behind a mask, roamed her body with ill intent.
Glancing outside, she replied coolly, “Sorry, my friend’s changing. Can we talk later?”
The man backed off, respecting the club’s rules.
Relieved, Chi Zaozao found a quieter corner to sit, her mind adrift.
