This Novel will be a very short one with only about 42 chaprters in total. Still translating will be a bit slow since I'm only shoving it into any available schedule I have. For some reason, even when I said I wanted to take a break, when one novel finished I still stalk the NU forums for novel pick-up updates.

Author’s Note: Self-feeding is happiness!

Fang Baijing was on tenterhooks the entire time. He frowned in resistance and pushed Fu Feng away.

The small cut on his lip throbbed with dull ache, but Fu Feng gave him no time for relief.

In this kind of weather few people appeared on the country lane, but that did not mean no one would come out. If someone ran into them, the consequences would be unimaginable.

Fang Baijing kicked Fu Feng hard a few times. While being kissed breathless, he reached out his claws to scratch the other man.

Finally Fang Baijing became frantic and bit the tip of Fu Feng’s tongue. He did not bite too hard, but he still tasted blood.

“Don’t be afraid.”

How dare the perpetrator calmly comfort him?

Fu Feng’s palm rested on the back of his neck, and just as he gently massaged it Fang Baijing slapped it away.

Fu Feng habitually withdrew his hand.

Fang Baijing’s face turned red, then white—all from anger.

In front of Fu Feng he rubbed the corner of his mouth with his finger without any reservation. He seemed truly furious this time, spitting out a few times, although nothing actually came out.

Driven by anger he completely forgot the lesson he learned last night. His expression was clearly one of disgust: “Do you get horny anytime anywhere?”

Fu Feng would never get angry over Fang Baijing’s tantrums. No matter how foul Fang Baijing’s curses were he could pretend he did not hear them.

And what Fang Baijing said was actually a little bit right but also a little bit wrong.

Before Fu Feng and Fang Baijing got together he found the act of exchanging saliva somewhat disgusting. But now he just wanted to kiss Fang Baijing; he could not help but want to kiss Fang Baijing.

Fu Feng subconsciously took a few steps forward.

Just as Fang Baijing leaned back his neck and was about to raise his hand to push Fu Feng’s face away Fu Feng only lowered his head to sniff his neck and asked: “Did you drink Traditional Chinese Medicine?”

Fang Baijing self-consciously sniffed himself—but could not smell anything at all.

He reflexively muttered: “…Dog nose.”

Fu Feng asked again: “Did you boil it for your grandpa?”

Hearing the name of his family member from Fu Feng’s mouth Fang Baijing instantly became alert: “What business is that of yours!”

Fu Feng disliked the look in his eyes now. He frowned slightly and began to explain: “I…”

Before he could finish Old Master Fang’s voice was heard from far away behind him: “Yangyang, why have you been gone so long?”

Across half the road Fang Baijing saw his grandpa standing at the courtyard entrance from a distance. He guessed Fang Shiyu had come out to check because he had not returned for too long.

Fang Baijing’s first reaction was to pull Fu Feng, who was half a head taller than him, behind him. Due to nervousness his speech became clumsy: “G-Grandpa, I ran into a f-friend and chatted with him for a bit!”

Fang Shiyu was old and his eyesight was inevitably fading. He squinted for a long time but could not clearly see who was standing next to Fang Baijing. The distance was neither too close nor too far. He could vaguely make out that the young man next to Fang Baijing was quite handsome.

But since Fang Baijing said he was his friend, out of courtesy he certainly had to greet him.

Fang Shiyu pushed the glasses up on his nose. His body was so robust he could compare with young people and he strode quickly across the road.

The closer he got the more tense Fang Baijing’s nerves became. His hand was grasped by Fu Feng, the interlaced fingers sweating heavily in the muggy heat.

Fang Baijing held his breath, his heart pounding. He really wanted to shake Fu Feng’s hand off, but he did not dare make too big a movement.

Their posture was too intimate. If Fang Shiyu saw it he probably would not be able to clear his name even if he jumped into the Yellow River!

“Fu… Fu Feng…” Fang Shiyu was getting closer and closer and Fang Baijing’s voice began to tremble. He clearly knew he was in a dire situation, anxious to the point of tears, but he still stubbornly insisted on saving face: “Let go of my hand quickly!”

Fu Feng still showed no intention of moving.

Fang Baijing was so flustered that he began to speak recklessly: “If you don’t let go you can forget about ever touching me again!”

After those words fell Fang Baijing felt his palm being squeezed tighter for an instant by Fu Feng. The next moment Fu Feng finally let go, seemingly out of great kindness.

Fang Baijing did not have time to guess what Fu Feng was thinking. He quickly pulled his hand behind his back and then took a few disorderly steps to the side.

Fang Baijing’s rapid heartbeat still would not calm down. His eyes could not stop darting around.

It was only when Fang Shiyu got closer that he whispered: “Grandpa.”

The next second his heart sank even further because Fu Feng called out naturally: “Old Master Fang.”

Fang Baijing’s eyes widened. He was a little confused about what was going on but then he thought—That’s right. Given Fu Feng’s background it seemed perfectly normal for him to know his grandpa.

Fu Feng slightly nodded toward Fang Shiyu and continued: “Do you still remember me? I bought your painting at the charity banquet last time.”

Fang Baijing suddenly realized and quietly glared at Fu Feng over his shoulder.

He remembered the charity banquet Fu Feng mentioned very clearly.

He did not know what kind of madness possessed Fu Feng that day. He normally never took him to any banquets but that time he insisted on taking him.

After much persuading Fang Baijing reluctantly went.

He inherently disliked wearing formal wear finding it old-fashioned and restrictive. He wore his shirt with several buttons undone and a custom-made outfit ended up looking mismatched on him.

But Fang Baijing turned his head and saw Fu Feng standing by the door looking sharp. He looked closely and suddenly found the brooch pinned to Fu Feng’s chest a bit familiar especially the shiny cheap look of the brooch when seen alone.

After staring for a long time Fang Baijing finally realized—Wasn’t this the brooch he bought for twenty yuan at a street stall?

At the time he had been filming an advertisement in the next city for three days. On the way back he suddenly received a call from Fu Feng. Fang Baijing did not want to answer and immediately hung up. A few seconds after the busy tone the driver Fu Feng had assigned to him handed his phone over.

Fang Baijing and the burly driver were at a stalemate for a moment. Finally he reached out and snatched the phone. Annoyed he answered the call with an even more terrible attitude: “What do you want?”

“Bring me a gift.”

Fang Baijing thought Fu Feng was truly shameless. He showed no embarrassment at all when asking for a gift.

He spat out two words coldly: “No money.”

Fu Feng on the other end of the line was uncharacteristically silent for a moment. Just when Fang Baijing was about to hang up he spoke again: “You can use the card I gave you. It was meant for you anyway.”

The first day they were together Fu Feng gave Fang Baijing a supplementary card which was linked to his own. This meant Fang Baijing could buy a building with the card if he wanted.

Although the card was snapped into two halves the first day it reached Fang Baijing’s hand.

“Get lost!” Fang Baijing felt angry just thinking about it feeling the money was no different from payment for sex. He crossed his right leg over his left and said unhappily: “Who wants to use your money? How do I know if it’s clean?”

“I don’t break the law” Fu Feng said. “Use it if you want don’t use it if you don’t want but you must bring me a gift.”

Before Fang Baijing could argue back Fu Feng said calmly: “I bring you a gift every time.”

“…Did I ask you to?” Fang Baijing was feeling a little guilty. “Didn’t you buy it for me willingly?”

Fu Feng did bring him a gift every single time and the gifts somehow always hit the right spot for Fang Baijing.

Most of them were not expensive but Fang Baijing just liked them.

Sometimes it was the autograph of a director Fang Baijing really admired sometimes it was a handcrafted bracelet and Fu Feng would even travel a thousand miles to bring him a cup of bubble tea.

“I know! I know!” Fang Baijing always raised his voice when he was embarrassed. He mumbled: “I’ll buy it for you it’s so annoying!”

The car happened to stop in the city center. Fang Baijing pulled open the car door and the moment his foot touched the ground he regretted it again.

Wait why should he spend money on Fu Feng?

The bodyguard who looked like a driver on the surface followed him everywhere. Fang Baijing suddenly spotted a commercial street in the distance. A thought flashed in his mind and he took off running.

Sure enough things on the street stalls were much cheaper than those in the mall.

Fang Baijing bent down picked up a random brooch and under the complicated gaze of the bodyguard scanned the QR code to pay without any psychological burden.

He spoke sweetly and coupled with his good mood he called the stall owner ‘Auntie’ over and over.

The auntie’s mood brightened and with a wave of her hand she even gave Fang Baijing a ten-yuan discount.

Fang Baijing contentedly put the twenty-yuan gift into his pocket patted his bottom and sat back down in the car with a relaxed face ordering: “Let’s go!”

The car slowly drove for an hour before reaching home.

Fang Baijing wore an eye mask leaning against the back window in a deep slumber.

When he woke up groggily he reached up and lifted a small corner of the eye mask.

It was late and the light in the basement was even dimmer. His voice was a little hoarse when he spoke: “We’re here?”

No one responded to him. Fang Baijing yawned sleepily and resolutely pulled the eye mask off.

The moment his vision returned the tears that had just welled up in Fang Baijing’s eyes were scared back. He shrank backward holding his rapidly constricting chest and cursed in extreme confusion: “Are you sick!!!”

—Fu Feng had silently sat next to him at some point. His breathing was barely audible. He did nothing but stare at him.

His eyelids were slightly lowered his light-colored pupils half-closed. Fang Baijing could not think of a word to describe Fu Feng’s gaze at that moment.

Fu Feng asked: “Awake?”

Fang Baijing was greatly provoked and even swore: “Even if I wasn’t awake you would have scared me awake!”

Before he could recover he was suddenly kissed again his chin cupped.

Fang Baijing had been away for three days and had not been intimate with Fu Feng for three days. As they kissed he instinctively tilted his chin up to accommodate Fu Feng.

After the kiss Fu Feng asked: “Where’s my gift?”

Fang Baijing scoffed took the brooch out of his pocket and without caring if Fu Feng would like it jutted his chin out and said: “There it’s for you.”

The brooch did not even have packaging. Fang Baijing looked at it for too long and himself felt the gift was too low-class.

He turned his gaze away and seeing Fu Feng not take it Fang Baijing with red ears said in a fierce tone: “Take it or leave it! I don’t care!”

Fu Feng used actions to show him that he wanted the gift.

The sound of chains clashing was muffled but Fu Feng’s voice was clearly audible: “I want it.”

That night Fang Baijing felt Fu Feng was exceptionally excessive.

In the past when he cried uncontrollably Fu Feng would stop, hold him and kiss the tears from the corner of his eyes.

But tonight Fu Feng did not.

Fang Baijing felt as if he was in the clouds. His pure white flawless feathers could not be spread and the sharp beak of a falcon was biting down hard on him.

Fang Baijing’s tears fell in the darkness only to be gently wiped away by someone.

His neck unconsciously arched up, the line of his throat fragile and beautiful. Fang Baijing felt his Adam’s apple being gently licked.

He was already losing his mind but he could still hear Fu Feng’s voice.

“You must think of me even when you are away.”

He had allowed Fang Baijing to go out for three days and Fang Baijing had not even thought of contacting him during those three days. He ate well slept well and was hugging and leaning on others living a life that was too happy.

Fu Feng now acted like a sulking older boy, rare for him to be so childish and unreasonable: “You like hugging others so much?”

Fang Baijing was stimulated to the point of tears feeling like he had fallen into a hurricane’s vortex. He could only helplessly hold onto Fu Feng.

Fu Feng whispered in his ear asking: “Who do you like? Who do you want to hug? And who do you want to kiss?”

He pressed for answers while simultaneously applying force.

Fang Baijing’s last line of psychological defense collapsed. He hugged Fu Feng tighter and tighter as if grabbing the last straw.

He cried out: “…You!”

A person can truly break down. Fang Baijing vaguely knew that he could only rely on Fu Feng now. He had completely lost awareness of what he was doing or what was happening.

He only knew that Fu Feng was holding him very very tightly.
