Chapter 61: The Request

How could it… feel so good?

Yuan Shiyuan’s mind went blank, his senses overloaded, causing his pupils to dilate slightly. Time seemed to freeze in that moment, paralyzing even his limbs.

Yet to onlookers, his reaction was anything but subdued.

His already pale skin flushed with a delicate, dewy pink as he leaned limply against the Alpha’s chest, panting. After such a prolonged kiss, his knees still trembled faintly, as if waiting for the lingering afterglow to slowly fade.

The tip of his tongue peeked out, seemingly unable to retract, glistening moistly between his parted lips.

His soft, limp hand was tightly grasped in a large palm, their fingers intertwined. His fingertips tingled numbly, his body drenched in pleasurable warmth—tears, saliva, sweat… splashed and scattered across the Flying Chess board, staining the game pieces with glistening traces.

A slender, bone-defined finger gently nudged the tip of his tongue back behind his teeth. Yuan Shiyuan let out a soft “mmph,” and a silvery thread stretched between his damp lips and the retreating fingertip.

Pei Yanbing opened a bottle of mineral water and carefully fed Yuan Shiyuan, then meticulously wiped away the dampness at the corners of his mouth.

The stark size difference allowed Yuan Shiyuan to be completely enveloped in the Alpha’s embrace. Pei Yanbing seemed to relish this tender moment, meticulously wiping Yuan Shiyuan’s face clean, as if grooming a kitten.

Unfortunately, Yuan Shiyuan’s face was too wet to be easily dried by hand alone. Pei Yanbing’s efforts only left his own hands damp.

Yet Pei Yanbing, a notorious germophobe, felt not disgust, but an unprecedented sense of contentment.

Even as he reveled in this satisfaction, he caught a lingering scent of another Alpha’s pheromones on Yuan Shiyuan’s body. This ignited an even more intense, almost deranged desire and burning jealousy within him. He yearned to immediately smother Yuan Shiyuan with his own pheromones until every fiber of his being, inside and out, reeked of nothing but his scent…

Bo Jin and the others watched for a while before realizing something was amiss.

They were bustling around, first dragging Jiang Heng away and now cleaning up the surroundings. But why was Pei Yanbing able to cradle Yuan Shiyuan so comfortably?

What were they? Yuan Shiyuan and Pei Yanbing’s servants? To be used only when needed?

Especially when Pei Yanbing lowered his head to gently wipe the corner of Yuan Shiyuan’s lips, his slow, deliberate movements—as if creating a scene others couldn’t intrude upon—were infuriatingly conspicuous.

“I’ll take him back to the dormitory.”

Bo Jin reached out to carry Yuan Shiyuan away, but Pei Yanbing, who had been silent and aloof, abruptly tightened his arm around Yuan Shiyuan’s waist.

His gaze burned with possessiveness—the raw, territorial possessiveness characteristic of Alphas.

Bo Jin stood his ground, his eyes narrowing slightly.

The two Alphas locked gazes in a silent clash of wills.

The atmosphere grew tense. Just then, Yuan Shiyuan let out a soft groan.

He was mostly awake by now, but the sensation was so pleasant that he leaned against the Alpha’s chest, letting him wipe the water from his face.

He was also pondering why this kiss felt so much better than the last one.

Although Pei Yanbing had pressed his hand against his gland this time, his gland had also received attention during their previous encounter.

Soon, Yuan Shiyuan arrived at a conclusion:

He had been attacked in more places this time.

During their previous kiss, his gland had been accidentally stimulated.

This time, with his back pressed against Pei Yanbing’s chest and his body straddling the Alpha’s lap, each deep kiss drove him backward, inevitably causing his body to sway.

Yuan Shiyuan’s summer clothes were thin, and through the flimsy fabric, he could clearly feel Pei Yanbing’s arousal pressing against him.

Though this wasn’t Pei Yanbing’s intention.

Under such intense friction and contact, any man would react. Yuan Shiyuan, having once been an Alpha himself, understood.

He just pitied his poor little self, still underdeveloped, being rubbed against a large citrus bulge through his pants.

Thank goodness, thank goodness, there was still a layer of fabric in between.

Lost in his thoughts, Yuan Shiyuan’s mind finally began to function properly again. His face felt sticky, so he turned his head and rubbed it against Pei Yanbing’s chest, using the Alpha’s shirt as a makeshift tissue.

Tears and saliva smeared across the Alpha’s shirt, leaving dark, damp stains.

Relieved, wiped clean, and feeling renewed, Yuan Shiyuan swiftly pushed himself up, using Pei Yanbing’s shoulders for leverage, his mind now remarkably clear.

“What’s going on with Jiang Heng? Is he okay?”

It was no exaggeration to say that Jiang Heng had just been acting like a zombie from a post-apocalyptic movie, desperately trying to devour his lips and tongue. His rough tongue had forcefully squeezed through the gap between Yuan Shiyuan’s lips, and as their saliva mingled, the Alpha’s pheromones had surged uncontrollably.

Having kissed for so long and so deeply, his mouth still tasted strongly of Cabernet Sauvignon pheromone.

Ying Mingche said sourly, “You’re still worried about him? After he practically devoured you like that…”

Yuan Shiyuan cut him off impatiently, “I’ll kiss you next time, okay?”

Ying Mingche’s tail nearly wagged behind him, his voice brimming with undisguised delight. “Really?”

Yuan Shiyuan didn’t confirm or deny it, turning his gaze to Bo Jin instead. “Can he still film the show normally?”

“He says he can,” Bo Jin replied, his voice dangerously low as he stared at Yuan Shiyuan’s swollen, reddened lips. “He won’t die anyway. You don’t need to worry about him.”

If he can still film, then it can’t be too serious, right? Yuan Shiyuan finally felt his anxiety ease.

During Yuan Shiyuan’s differentiation, Jiang Heng must have caught a whiff of his pheromones, even though they weren’t fully developed then. But Jiang Heng hadn’t reacted strongly, showing no signs of allergic symptoms, so Yuan Shiyuan had let his guard down.

He never imagined that even the trace amounts of pheromones in his saliva could trigger such a violent reaction in Jiang Heng.

Jiang Heng’s loss of control was undeniably related to him. Fortunately, the issue wasn’t severe; otherwise, he would have felt terribly guilty.

I shouldn’t get intimate with Jiang Heng so easily in the future, Yuan Shiyuan thought.

“Alright. Brother Zhuang said to meet at 2:30, right? I’ll head back to the dorm to shower first.”

“Could you guys tidy up here?”

Just moments ago, Yuan Shiyuan had been completely dazed by the kiss, only able to manage broken, tearful sobs through his nose. Now, fully recovered, he was a completely different person.

If not for his still-flushed and dazed face, they might have thought the earlier scene had been a hallucination.

“Before you go, there’s something I need to tell you,” Ying Mingche said, his voice low and eerie. “Do you know what I just discovered? The bandage on Jiang Heng’s neck fell off, revealing a hickey underneath.”

“Any idea where that came from? I have a feeling it might have something to do with you…”

Bo Jin instinctively glanced at Yuan Shiyuan.

Yuan Shiyuan averted his gaze, playing dead. “You’re asking me? How should I know? Why don’t you ask him directly?”

“Alright, none of that matters now. Shiyuan, go take your shower first. We’ll clean up the lounge.”

Hearing Ying Mingxi’s gentle voice, Yuan Shiyuan felt like he had found a safe harbor and finally let out a breath of relief.

In moments of crisis, they could always count on Ying Mingxi.

Yuan Shiyuan raced back to the dormitory, every second precious.

The moment the door closed, the Alphas’ expressions shifted, becoming dark and inscrutable.

They continued to inject themselves with suppressants.

Ever since the incident, their bodies had been burning with heat. Fortunately, they had suppressants on hand. After secretly injecting themselves with a dose, they managed to avoid losing control on the spot.

But they hadn’t anticipated someone else losing control first.

Bo Jin couldn’t help but laugh bitterly at himself. What a pervert I am, he thought, to feel this intensely just from watching my friend being forcibly kissed by someone else.

His gaze drifted to the floor, and he hesitated, “That capsule… could it really produce so much liquid?”

“How could it possibly spill this much…?”

As they cleaned up the messy floor, a cloyingly sweet aroma permeated the air.

Pei Yanbing stared intently at the suspicious wet stain on his pants. Inexplicably, he dipped a finger into it and brought it to his mouth.

The intensely sweet, rich scent surged through his mouth and into his brain. His spine snapped straight, and he turned away, gasping for air.

Pei Yanbing’s skin hunger surged awake, jolting him to his feet. “I’m going back for a bit.”

“What the hell?” Ying Mingche kicked aside a prop in frustration, then grudgingly picked it up and put it away. “Are we really their servants now? They have their fun, and we have to clean up their mess?”

Ying Mingxi seemed unbothered. “It’s a special situation. We should understand. Besides, the captain is a neat freak, isn’t he?”

Bo Jin vehemently disagreed, his face a cold mask as he wiped up the water stains with a tissue. The thick, lingering fragrance tickled his nostrils, causing his throat to involuntarily tighten.

If he hadn’t injected multiple suppressants earlier, he might have lost control right then and there. Perhaps he would have eagerly licked it up…

“There’s a pheromone scent too,” Bo Jin murmured, sniffing the liquid on the tissue. “This is so realistic?”

Had this type of drug already developed to such an advanced stage?

Ying Mingxi’s expression remained as usual—gentle and non-threatening. Yet the gaze he turned toward the water stains slowly deepened with probing intent.

The other members, lacking familiarity with such drugs, didn’t give it much thought.

Ying Mingxi was born into an AA family. His parents frequently used such drugs, and his father had even established a dedicated medical laboratory for their research.

Despite investing vast sums, his father never achieved the desired results. Synthetics remained synthetics; no matter how expensive the materials, they were always inferior imitations, unable to pass for the real thing.

Such drugs could never replicate the natural, alluring scent of true pheromones, nor could they evoke the potent calming and alluring effects of an Omega.

But Alphas didn’t produce such abundant fluids as Yuan Shiyuan, nor did they emit the sweet fragrance of an Omega. This phenomenon was easily explained: when Yuan Shiyuan entered the lounge, he had openly inserted a capsule suppository in front of everyone.

Ying Mingxi closed his eyes, inhaling the lingering scent in the lounge with rapturous delight.

Though ventilation and cleaning had dissipated much of the aroma, he could still precisely detect the sweet, Omega-like fragrance clinging to the air around him, stirring his own pheromones into a restless frenzy.

This fragrance was too intoxicating, far beyond the capabilities of any synthetic drug.

Could it really… just be the capsule?

Twenty minutes remained until the assembly time.

Yuan Shiyuan rushed back to his dormitory, showered, and applied more pheromone extract, only to find it far less effective than usual.

The burning heat deep in his abdomen showed no sign of subsiding, as if a tiny flame were still flickering there, spreading a numb, ticklish itch to his gland.

Yuan Shiyuan unconsciously squeezed his knees together and rubbed his legs against each other.

Though the feverish sensation hadn’t clouded his reason, he still felt a vague unease, and a secret… hunger.

An overwhelming craving for S-rank pheromones, to quench the ravenous emptiness deep within him.

Had he gone too far earlier?

Yuan Shiyuan recalled the sensation of Pei Yanbing’s attack through his pants, and the image of Ying Mingche in shorts… Though he hadn’t seen anything explicit, his mind conjured a rough outline.

Yuan Shiyuan pulled out the photos from “Xiao Xiao School” and immediately deleted them, reaching a firm conclusion.

No. This won’t work. It’s impossible to finish.

Even getting started would be a struggle.

Back to the old plan. Consider a temporary mark.

Temporary marks are the safest option.

Today, when Yuan Shiyuan brought up the idea of being seen as an Omega, he was deliberately probing and observing the Alphas’ reactions. Bo Jin was the most vehemently opposed, while Ying Mingche couldn’t care less.

If Ying Mingche were more obedient and less talkative, he might have been a decent choice—at least he was an S-rank alpha. But with that big mouth of his, Yuan Shiyuan couldn’t help but worry…

Jiang Heng, whom Yuan Shiyuan had originally considered first, was ruled out due to the recent incident where he had lost control and forcibly kissed Yuan Shiyuan.

Pei Yanbing remained the best candidate.

A persistent warmth pulsed deep within Yuan Shiyuan’s abdomen, followed by a damp sensation seeping through the fabric.

Startled, he glanced over his shoulder at the mirror. The disposable underwear, already thin, was now thoroughly soaked, becoming nearly translucent and revealing the pinkish skin beneath.

As the fabric peeled away from his flesh, sticky threads clung to his skin before breaking with a soft slap, leaving damp, shimmering trails.

“How… how is there so much fluid?” Yuan Shiyuan murmured in bewilderment, the room saturated with a cloyingly sweet aroma. He sniffed frantically, realizing his pheromone scent had grown even more potent—and it was subtly different from before.

The doctor had warned him about this: many of his Omega traits were still developing. When he had been an Alpha, he had no pheromone scent, not just because he wasn’t an Alpha, but also because his pheromone scent hadn’t yet matured.

Development is a slow process, requiring constant stimulation and nourishment.

Not long ago, Yuan Shiyuan, curious about the scent of pheromones, had released his own to smell. He’d assumed it was already fully formed, but to his surprise, it had changed.

He lowered his head to sniff again. It actually smells quite nice…

Yuan Shiyuan wiped the water stains off his body, ensuring nothing was still dripping, before changing into a fresh disposable underwear.

Then, like a criminal covering his tracks, he tossed all the soiled items into a black trash bag, wrapping it in several layers for good measure, terrified someone might discover his little secret.

He packed a few extra disposable underwear into his backpack. His lower abdomen still felt hot. He casually rubbed his stomach, but suddenly began to tremble violently, nearly dropping his backpack.

What’s going on?

Is there dynamite buried in my stomach?

Yuan Shiyuan quickly grabbed his mobile phone and immediately texted the doctor: Doctor, my stomach has been feeling very hot and itchy lately. Scratching doesn’t help. Is this also because I’m developing?

Yes, that’s correct.

Your reproductive cavity is developing.

??

It’s also called the gestational sac. I told you before that your reproductive cavity was underdeveloped—extremely small and narrow. Perhaps recent nutrition and pheromone intake have accelerated its growth, hence the feverish sensation.

Yuan Shiyuan: Oh my god! [Screams]

Doctor: However, relying solely on pheromones and nutrition might not allow it to develop fully. The best way is to find someone to forcefully open it for you.

Yuan Shiyuan: …Thank you, but I don’t want an Egyptian pharaoh to carve me open.

Doctor: What about those boyfriends you had before?

Yuan Shiyuan: They’re just friends.

Doctor: Hmm-hmm-hmm, friends. Friends are the same—they can help with the carving too.

Yuan Shiyuan couldn’t resist sending a voice message: “Can you just randomly carve into that thing? Doctor, you’re quite the free spirit.”

The doctor’s voice message clearly carried a chuckle: “What’s the harm? Good brothers would take a knife to the ribs for each other. What’s the big deal about checking out a reproductive cavity?”

Yuan Shiyuan didn’t know how to respond. He deleted and retyped his reply several times before finally saying: Doctor, please stop. I’m begging you. I can’t accept Alphas freely going in and out of me. [Hands clasped in prayer]

Doctor: Ha ha ha ha! I’m just teasing you.

Doctor: But you should seriously consider it. S-rank Alphas have powerful hardware. If your five friends take turns helping, it’ll be open in no time.

Yuan Shiyuan sent a “Goodbye” emoji and quickly closed his mobile phone.

Looking up again, Yuan Shiyuan’s face beneath his pink hair was flushed crimson, his ear tips burning bright red.

Thank goodness, the warmth in my abdomen is just the reproductive cavity developing, not some incurable disease.

Yuan Shiyuan had always been an optimist. Even though the reproductive cavity growing inside him was a bit strange, it was still better than having an incurable disease.

He walked to the garbage disposal area, glanced around to make sure no one was watching, and quickly tossed the black trash bag into the bin.

Turning to head back to the meeting point, he spotted a familiar black figure in the distance.

The man was dressed entirely in black, his silver ear studs glinting sharply in the sunlight. A bandage covered one side of his neck as he paced anxiously, seemingly waiting for something.

Yuan Shiyuan immediately turned to leave.

But Jiang Heng had already spotted him and strode forward.

After multiple injections of high-concentration suppressants and other medications, Jiang Heng’s complexion was pale, but his thin lips were strikingly red—abnormally red, just like Yuan Shiyuan’s.

“I’m sorry, I was just…” Jiang Heng’s voice was hoarse. His gaze lingered on Yuan Shiyuan’s wet, flushed face and swollen lips, the guilt in his eyes deepening.

“I’m fine,” Yuan Shiyuan said, feigning nonchalance. “Are you feeling better? It won’t affect filming the show, will it?”

“It won’t,” Jiang Heng replied softly, as if carefully choosing his words. “Just now… I’m sorry. I lost control.”

He forcibly kissed me for over ten minutes, and now he’s come to apologize face-to-face?!

Yuan Shiyuan was so embarrassed he didn’t know where to look. He forced an awkward laugh to break the tension. “Well, at least we won’t have to practice kissing anymore.”

“……”

“It was an accident, really.”

“Mhm, mhm,” Yuan Shiyuan hummed in agreement.

Anyway, we won’t be practicing it again.

Yuan Shiyuan’s pheromones hadn’t fully developed yet, but they had already driven Jiang Heng mad. What would happen when they fully matured? Would Jiang Heng completely lose it?

If Jiang Heng were ever triggered into heat by his pheromones and lost control even more, pinning him down… and it wasn’t just a kiss this time, but the real deal… wouldn’t he be utterly ruined?

He was already underdeveloped and pitifully small… No, no, absolutely not!

Jiang Heng’s silent, intense gaze made Yuan Shiyuan even more flustered. “Let’s hurry and gather with the others. It’s time to start filming.”

“Don’t overthink it. It’s nothing, just practice. I won’t hold it against you.”

“Besides, your kissing technique is… okay. Honestly, it was fine. I didn’t feel anything at all.”

Jiang Heng’s face stiffened abruptly. The guilt and self-reproach that had been etched on his features were replaced by an indecipherable complexity.

“I thought you were enjoying it,” he murmured, after a pause. “You were breathing so heavily…”

“Wait—”

Yuan Shiyuan raised a hand in a stop gesture, picked up his mobile phone, and turned off the alarm. “Brother Zhuang’s calling me. Sounds urgent. I gotta go.”

“……”

Yuan Shiyuan turned to leave, but his wrist was suddenly gripped tightly.

“It was my first time kissing someone, so I’m not very good at it yet,” Jiang Heng said, his fingertips burning against Yuan Shiyuan’s skin, dark eyes swirling with an unspoken stubbornness, the tips of his ears flushed a bashful red. “I’ll practice properly from now on.”

Yuan Shiyuan’s scalp prickled under that intense gaze.

Jiang Heng’s current mix of guilt and stubbornness made it sound like he was about to take responsibility for their kiss.

Yuan Shiyuan brushed him off with a few casual remarks, wrenched his hand free, and made up an excuse to leave.

The gathering vehicles were just a short distance away.

As Yuan Shiyuan was about to head toward it, he spotted a tall figure standing in the shade of a tree up ahead.

Beneath the swaying shadows of the trees, Ying Mingxi stood in a simple white shirt, sleeves rolled up to his elbows. The outfit looked particularly crisp and refreshing in the sunlight.

When he saw Yuan Shiyuan, a gentle smile curved his lips, and he walked over unbidden.

“Shiyuan.”

“The car’s AC isn’t working yet,” Ying Mingxi said, still standing in the shade with Yuan Shiyuan. “It’s a bit stuffy inside. Shall we wait a while longer before going up?”

Yuan Shiyuan didn’t quite understand. Even if the AC wasn’t working, wouldn’t it be hotter standing in the sun?

Before Yuan Shiyuan could answer, Ying Mingxi gently clasped his wrist. His cool fingertips pressed against Yuan Shiyuan’s palm, kneading softly, as if offering a gesture of goodwill.

Under Yuan Shiyuan’s confused gaze, Ying Mingxi smoothed open his palm and slipped something into it.

Before Yuan Shiyuan could see what it was, Ying Mingxi closed his fingers around it.

“I just found this. I don’t know if you still need it, but after thinking it over, I decided to return it to its rightful owner.”

“Thank you, Brother Mingxi.”

Yuan Shiyuan thanked him instinctively, but his mind raced. The object in his palm was small and hard—what could it be? Had he lost something?

“It’s nothing.”

Ying Mingxi’s larger hand enveloped Yuan Shiyuan’s smaller one. Instead of releasing his grip, Ying Mingxi gently squeezed Yuan Shiyuan’s fingertips. “If you truly want to thank me, I hope that when you face difficulties, I’ll be the first person you consider.”

“Would that be okay?”

Yuan Shiyuan blinked. “What kind of difficulties?”

The car window rolled down, and Ying Mingche’s disgruntled voice interrupted their conversation. “It’s sweltering out here! Why aren’t you getting in? What are you two chatting about?”

“Come on in, the air conditioning’s great inside.”

Didn’t he say the AC wasn’t working properly?

Yuan Shiyuan stared blankly at Ying Mingxi, who gave him another friendly smile. He heard Ying Mingxi repeat softly, his tone almost pleading:

“If possible, please prioritize me.”

Only after settling into his seat in the car, when no one was watching, did Yuan Shiyuan slowly open his palm.

Lying in his pinkish-white palm was a white suppository, its edges already starting to melt.

Yuan Shiyuan’s pupils dilated.

This suppository was the very one he had pretended to insert earlier, in front of everyone, only to slip it into his pocket instead.

He froze instantly, his gaze instinctively shifting to the Alpha sitting in front of him. As if sensing his attention, Ying Mingxi turned his head. The shifting light and shadows from the window cast a warm, harmless glow across his smiling face.

Yuan Shiyuan returned the smile.

But the moment he looked away, the smile vanished abruptly.

Yuan Shiyuan had kept the suppository hidden in his back pocket all along. But during one of the games earlier, he had been required to sit on Ying Mingxi’s lap for ten minutes, followed by a chaotic kissing frenzy… Perhaps it was during one of those moments that the suppository had accidentally fallen out and been carefully retrieved by Ying Mingxi, only to be returned to its rightful owner just now.

The Alpha’s cryptic words earlier were definitely no accident.

Ying Mingxi had likely already uncovered his secret.
