"And there you have it, folks! Another chapter conquered...or at least, not completely butchered. Please forgive any egregious errors; I blame the coffee (or lack thereof).

Liu Qi’s head tilted back, his face still bearing a lewd and smug expression, frozen in that position as he fell backwards. With a thud, the people around him moved aside, letting him fall to the ground.

After he died, his subordinates, who had been watching him closely, didn’t react immediately. They all scurried away, no one avenged him, no one thought about collecting his body.

It was Qi Ziyang’s hired thugs who carried him away, not letting him lie there and disrupt business.

There was some blood splattered on the floor and the bar counter. They just wiped it clean with something and that was it. No one cared if someone had died just now. Soon, other people filled the empty seats.

This bit of blood was just a small scene.

Liu Qi was dead, his territory couldn’t be left idle. His subordinates were all scheming, each with their own motives, all planning to fight for it.

But Qi Ziyang didn’t get involved in their power struggle. The bartender who had gone to the bathroom came back. He pushed open the small door of the bar and left through the back door with a swagger.

The back door of the bar opened into a small alley. There weren’t many people around. A motorcycle was parked by the side of the road. Two drunkards were walking past, arm in arm, swaying.

The silver-white body of the motorcycle gleamed under the streetlights. Qi Ziyang unlocked it, put on his helmet, the engine roared low, like a growling lion.

He straddled it, leaned forward, and with the sharp sound of the tires rubbing against the ground, the motorcycle sped away. The wheels emitted a blue light, very cool.

It was time again for his daily routine of causing trouble for the Qi family.

He did it in a very simple and brutal way. The Qi family was in the catering business, so he would go to their kitchen every few days and put laxatives in the food. The customers who ate their food would have diarrhea every day, naturally suspecting that the quality of their ingredients was bad.

When it came to food, there was no such thing as sentimentality. Diarrhea wasn’t a big deal, but it did affect people’s health. Even the most loyal customers couldn’t tolerate it.

One restaurant at a time.

Watching their sales plummet and start to lose money, the head of the Qi family was worried every day. He thought of countless ways to try to win back customers, issuing discount coupons, offering discounts to new and old customers, launching new products, and so on.

He had tried all the methods he could think of. He checked the kitchen surveillance cameras again and again, but he couldn’t find out what the problem was.

They were buying from the same supplier. Other stores didn’t have any problems, why did his store have problems every time?

The Qi family ran mid-to-high-end restaurants. The ingredients they chose weren’t cheap either. They were strictly controlled, and the suppliers were old acquaintances. They had always been part of the same supply chain.

The head of the Qi family couldn’t figure out the reason, but he knew that a slight loss in the short term wouldn’t affect anything.

Once this couldn’t be stopped, once he couldn’t give the customers an explanation, their reputation would never be able to recover. The Qi family would be finished.

The Qi family was shrouded in gloom, but the culprit, Qi Ziyang, was only happy.

Didn’t his father care most about profit? Then let him taste the bitterness of losing money first.

The Yue family was just an appetizer. The Qi family, he would cut them with a blunt knife, slowly, carefully tormenting them.

After he “poisoned” them, he received a message from Yan Xianchuan, who he hadn’t contacted in days. She asked him how his revenge was going.

Qi Ziyang told her what he had done in the past few days. After a while, a message popped up on the other side: 【Do you need any help? I’m in for a fight!】

He had discovered that this was someone who loved to watch the drama unfold.

When he was buying people, he hadn’t thought about calling Yan Xianchuan. She was a good person, but she had her own things to do. She had helped him once, that was enough.

Qi Ziyang didn’t have any intention of relying on her. When he went to watch the show at the Yue family, it was Yan Xianchuan who had suggested it.

He didn’t have the same cheek as Liu Qi. He didn’t think that Yan Xianchuan was interested in him or anything. But no matter what the reason was, she had helped him, that was an undeniable fact. He owed her, so he had to find a way to repay her.

Influenced by his past environment, Qi Ziyang wasn’t very good at various professional skills for survival. He didn’t have any particular skills, but he had his own advantages.

He was very good at reading people and understanding their hearts.

Yan Xianchuan’s message definitely didn’t mean: Are you miserable? I’ll help you!

It meant: My hands are itching, let me cause some trouble!

The rebel incident had kept her quiet for a while. She had been dealing with the Yan family’s various affairs. Now that the war was over, she immediately became active again.

Yan Xianchuan hadn’t even asked him if he needed help. She wasn’t really concerned about him. She just wanted to cause trouble.

Since that was the case, Qi Ziyang didn’t have any reason to refuse. This should be considered a kind of repayment, right?

He could only comfort himself with that.

What he didn’t know was that during the rebel incident, it wasn’t Yan Xianchuan who was staying quiet, but Mirror. Mirror didn’t have this kind of hobby. She was well-behaved.

Now that the real owner was back, she immediately became restless.

Lu Mingqiu could have stopped her, but she didn’t.

When Yan Xianchuan asked her if she could, she agreed without much thought.

She was all about indulgence.

Yan Xianchuan immediately performed a 360-degree spin jump in place, her mouth stretched to her ears.

She was so easily satisfied.

After dinner, it was time to go to bed. Yan Xianchuan obediently walked towards her room, but just as she was about to push the door open, she was stopped by Lu Mingqiu from behind.

“Where are you going?”

Yan Xianchuan was confused, “I… I’m going back to my room?”

Lu Mingqiu: “Don’t you want to sleep with me?”

Yan Xianchuan: !

The words hit her like a thunderbolt. With a strained turn of her head, her voice a shocked whisper, she managed, “Can… can I sleep with you?”

Lu Mingqiu showed a hint of amusement. Her blue eyes sparkled with a soft smile like spring petals, “What else would you do?”

She took her hand and pulled her into the room.

“Should I wash first or should you wash first? Or we can wash together, the bathtub is quite big.” Her tone was natural, she didn’t think she had said anything out of the ordinary.

Yan Xianchuan was dumbfounded, speechless, she was stunned, she was flustered, she stammered, “T-together?”

The smile on Lu Mingqiu’s face widened. She hooked her finger on her palm, her teasing was very strong. She invited, “Yes, come on?”

“No, no, no, no!” Yan Xianchuan shook her head hastily, the frequency was as fast as a tambourine, “You wash first! You… you go first!”

“Okay.” Lu Mingqiu didn’t seem to have any regrets. She let go of her hand and walked towards the bathroom.

Yan Xianchuan’s hand unconsciously clenched. Her head was hot. She couldn’t believe her ears.

She just said she wanted to sleep together, and she invited me to take a bath together!!!

So what was I so worried about before?

So she wasn’t worried at all?

Yan Xianchuan mumbled to herself, “It’s so hard, being normal is so hard. I can’t figure it out at all.”

The shock passed, and the invitation she had just received came back to her mind.

Lu Mingqiu’s expression when she said those words, her soft hair, her soft eyes, her soft tone, her soft lips. It was as if she had turned into a thread, wrapping around her heart and brain, hooking her nerves, making her focus all her attention on the other person.

She could still feel the itch of her fingertips on her palm, like a feather falling on a calm pond, the surface rippled. It wouldn’t stop, it would just spread outwards in circles.

This itch spread from her palm, filling the gaps in her bones, making her uncomfortable all over, she couldn’t sit still.

Yan Xianchuan looked towards the bathroom. The good sound insulation meant she couldn’t hear anything, but her imagination automatically added sound in her mind.

She invited me. A voice suddenly popped into Yan Xianchuan’s mind.

She invited me, she asked me to go with her. Although I just refused, people can change their minds. Normal people would change their minds. I have the right to do that too.

Yes, that’s right.

She walked over, as if possessed. She pushed open the door to the outer room, stepped on the warm beige tiles, looked ahead, and through the frosted glass, she could vaguely see a figure.

Thump, thump, thump.

She knocked three times, she asked politely, “May I come in?”

The sound of water didn’t stop, but the door opened a crack. Moist steam came out of the door, along with an arm dripping with water droplets.

The steam was white, and the arm was white.

The steam covered her face, and the wet hand grabbed her wrist. The door opened a little wider. The hand exerted a little force, pulling her directly inside.

The steam inside was thick, but it was enough to see everything in front of her.

Lu Mingqiu was very honest, she didn’t hesitate. Instead, she smiled and said, “Your clothes are wet.”

Yan Xianchuan looked at her directly, “It deserves it.”

Lu Mingqiu chuckled softly, she pulled her collar and pressed her moist lips against hers.

Autumn is the season when oranges ripen. There are many kinds of oranges. Some are more tense, and you need to spend some effort to peel them.

Some have loose skin, and the peel comes off easily with a gentle pull, revealing the flesh inside.

These two types of oranges are not special in terms of flesh, but they are different in terms of peel.

The looser ones have as much juice as the flesh. With a gentle squeeze, the orange juice will splatter out, the aroma is strong, filling the entire room.

A piece of peel can be squeezed repeatedly, each time it can spray out a lot of juice. But if you squeeze it too much, it will become limp.

At this point, you need to put it aside, you can’t play with it anymore.

The flesh of this kind of orange is also very delicious. It smells sweet, and when you put it in your mouth, you just have to gently bite it, and the orange juice will burst out, filling your mouth.

The flesh is full of water. If you’re not careful, you might not even have time to swallow. If this delicious juice spills out, it would be a huge loss.

So you have to be careful when eating it. You have to keep your mouth tightly closed, you can’t let a single drop go to waste.

And this kind of orange has another advantage. After you bite it the first time, it doesn’t release any more juice. This might lead to a misunderstanding, making people think that it can’t be squeezed anymore. But that’s not actually the case.

The flesh inside is still full of a lot of water. At this point, you can’t bite it anymore. You need to use your teeth to bite it, and the orange will be overwhelmed, squeezing out the hidden juice.

A good orange will have this kind of performance. From the peel to the flesh, every part is perfect, making people extremely satisfied, there’s nothing wrong with it.

It gives the eater an excellent enjoyment, satisfying their taste buds, it’s a feast for the eyes, nose, and mouth. You eat it and you want to eat more, it fills you up.

This is the magic of delicious oranges.
