Chapter 15: The Challenge of Magic

I find myself in a dilemma at the moment.

Intermediate Water Magic: Lightning Magic Combination, Heavy Rain and Thunder

Intermediate Darkness Magic: Shadow Warrior

These three appear to be both easy to acquire and useful.

Dragon’s Breath involves exhaling flames around you.

The usefulness of this spell stems from the capacity to amplify power and expand the attack range based on the infusion of magical power.

Moreover, it can be unleashed almost instantly without the need for a stance, rendering it a nearly no-action spell.

Heavy Rain and Thunder is a spell that literally induces intense rain and thunder.

But due to its simplicity, its effects are quite substantial.

The utility of soaking an area with water and then striking it with lightning goes without saying.

As for the Shadow Warrior, it allows you to create a pseudo-body from your own shadow, serving as a decoy during attacks.

The downside is that if you prepare this in advance, your real shadow won’t appear, making it somewhat unnatural.
