– Beast Tamer-san is real
– It’s unknown if beast tamer is the actual name of the class
– She has a giant wolf following her around
– The giant wolf is absurdly strong
– She seemingly has some sort of follower or NPC that looks like a little witch girl following her around (apparently, very cute)
– Exterminated 34 people faster than you can make a cup of udon.
– The 14 people who planned the PK began their ambush but the wolf noticed their ambush and it failed
– Little witch girl’s magic does over 5k damage and has a huge radius
– Wolf’s max attack damage is over 10k
– Perseus can dual wield
– Perseus seems to have changed her class?

– Due to the repeated harassment in game and on the bulletin board towards specific guilds and players, the players who carried out this conduct have been penalized. (6p)
– These penalties were put in place because their actions continued despite multiple warnings from staff members to cease. Under normal circumstances, we would not have had to issue these penalties.
– In addition, we’ve received numerous questions about a particular guild in the trade town Lorelei, so those will be answered.

Q1, Are safe zones not granted to guild houses in Lorelei?
A1, They can be granted when you accumulate achievements in Lorelei. Including this town, there are others that work the same.

Q2, Is it not against the rules to attack another guild without a declaration of war?
A2, It is not possible to attack a guild in a way that is considered an offense.

Q3, In this particular case, is it not a violation to display the killing of a specific player with the purpose of painting an example?
A3, It is not. Acts of retaliation against malicious players are conducts that are recognized by the game.

The management staff is aware that these circumstances seldom happen in normal gameplay. We would greatly appreciate it if you continue to enjoy playing Meltis Online while exercising proper etiquette.
Furthermore, in regards to what happened within the Lorelei area, we will also post the incident report as filed from management’s side of the investigation. We have already received permission from the affected guild in question, so please have a look.

Incident Report (main points)
– The guild, Golden Wind stated abusive remarks and spread malicious rumors against the guild, Dreamscape Utopia during a livestream.
– In addition, the persons committed similar conduct on the official bulletin board under the guise of anonymity
– Because Golden Wind was envious of Dreamscape Utopia’s achievements and the fact that they were the first to liberate the Lorelei Area, Golden Wind was persistent in their harassment and planned to enact a group PK.
– Day of the incident, June ??. In order to get information out of a certain player, Golden Wind used the official bulletin board to post false information and incite a group PK scheme.
– The group PK failed and they planned to try once again but those plans fell under as well.
– They used the official bulletin board, third-party sites and a livestream site to make abusive remarks that implicated death threats.
– Dreamscape Utopia’s guild master raided Golden Wind in an act of retaliation.
– Afterwards, Dreamscape Utopia’s guild master commits a PK against Golden Wind’s vice guild master as a means to make an example out of them.
– Golden Wind’s guild members once again made threatening remarks and posted misinformation before they were given a final warning.
– They chose to ignore this warning and were given penalties, which leads us to this announcement.
