Meng Yun hesitated for a moment, but only for an instant, before the person in his arms was pulled away by a powerful force.

Shen Yi yanked her back, and after just two futile struggles, she was entirely at his mercy.

Each man gripped one of her hands, and if the commotion had been any louder, she would have been utterly humiliated.

“Your class professor is currently taking attendance. Anyone absent will be marked as failing,” Shen Yi said calmly.

He never acted without preparation. As a teacher, he knew how to leverage his position. While sending out the group meeting notification, he also contacted Meng Yun’s professor.

“Are you disgusted by yourself?” Meng Yun gritted his teeth.

“Do you want him to fail the class?” Shen Yi asked, completely ignoring Meng Yun, whom he considered just a kid, and focusing all his attention on questioning her.

“You’re so disgusting,” she remarked.

She knew Shen Yi meant what he said, and she couldn’t bear the thought of letting Meng Yun make such a sacrifice, so she finally wrenched her arm free from Meng Yun’s grasp.

“Go back to class,” she urged.

“Jiejie, don’t listen to him,” Meng Yun pleaded, his face turning red with frustration. He reached out to grab her again, but she dodged him repeatedly.

“Go back, I’m fine. I’ll call you later.”

As they stood in a deadlock, his phone rang. The message from a classmate confirmed that Shen Yi had indeed sabotaged him.

“I’ll come find you after class.”

He said this, but he didn’t actually leave, remaining rooted to the spot, his eyes lingering on her.

With only fifteen minutes left, Shen Yi’s patience wore thin. He dragged her back to the office.

She was thrown onto the sofa, the sound of the lock clicking shut was particularly harsh, followed by the unmistakable sound of him unbuckling his belt.

Unable to struggle free, her hands were pinned above her head. With a series of clicks, her wrists were securely restrained. There was no gentleness as he tied her tightly, the edges of the metal cuffs digging into her skin, causing sharp pain, and soon red marks began to spread.

“You call me dirty, but still press yourself against me. You’re truly pathetic, Professor Shen,” she mocked.

“Jiang Zhi, what kind of person are you really?”

He stared intently into her defiant eyes, trying to see through her, but only found himself more confused.

She managed to hold back her tears, but the redness in her eyes betrayed her. Her stubborn attempt to maintain her composure stabbed at his every nerve.

Before he knew about the other men, he had considered her his precious, hard-won treasure.

He was well aware of his own twisted nature. He wanted her all to himself.

“Zhi Zhi, leave them and just stay with me, okay?”

His lips and teeth, deprived of any other outlet, lingered on every inch of her skin, moving from the rhythmically rising and falling collarbone she deliberately exposed, from light sniffing to gentle kisses, then escalating to desperate bites.

As her emotions grew increasingly conflicted and she struggled with how to respond, her mind was interrupted by the voice of her useless system.
