Seeing him in real life, he looked even more handsome than on screen, with a face that could make people willing to lose their souls.

“This student, you can’t come in here. Please stay back.”

The crew member’s voice snapped her back to reality.

Since she couldn’t win over Shen Yi, she was determined to seize the opportunity with this movie star.

However, the immediate problem was figuring out how to approach Cheng Huai.

Those on the internet said that he was a “fanatic actor” who became completely absorbed in his roles while filming.

They wandered around the set for a bit but didn’t find the casting director, so the man told her to wait in the corner first, and he’d come back to arrange something for her.

This gave her the perfect chance to observe Cheng Huai. She found a spot close to the shooting area to admire his acting with the female lead.

She must have been too close because their eyes accidentally met.

Halfway through his lines, Cheng Huai suddenly stopped, his gaze lingering on her.

“CUT!”

The director shouted and asked what was going on through the intercom.

Jiang Zhi quickly lowered her head and retreated, worried that she’d be discovered and blamed for distracting the performance of the star actor, and would get kicked out.

However, she hadn’t taken more than a few steps when she was stopped by another unfamiliar face.
