Seeing this pile of glittering gold, even though she wasn’t particularly obsessed with wealth, she couldn’t help but be captivated.

Who could resist jewelry?

She happily ran over, touching the gold ingots, and trying on the gold bracelets. She hung several necklaces around her neck and adorned her hair with jewel-encrusted gold hairpins and ornaments.

She had struck it rich!

According to current gold prices, this pile of gold was worth tens of millions. If sold as antiques, its value would be immeasurable.

Ah, Lord Ning was so generous!

Now she loved saving people!

She loved doing charity!

She loved caring for 100,000 ancient people!

Not for any other reason, but just seeing the adorable, glittering gold made her overjoyed!

Ye Mumu brought down three large boxes from upstairs and began sorting out the gold. The gold bars, gold cakes, and gold ingots alone filled two entire boxes. She used another large box for the gold jewelry, separating them with sealed bags and arranging them neatly.

But there was still more.

There was no way to fit it all!

The remaining items were objects made of gold: a set of wine utensils including a wine pot and two wine cups, eight gold bowls, eight pairs of gold chopsticks, and eight gold spoons. There were two gold sachets, three gold handbags, several gold belts, jeweled waist sashes, a gold teapot…

She brought down another large wooden box from upstairs, packed the gold items neatly in sealed bags, and placed them inside.

She kept one set of wine utensils separate.

The wine set was exquisitely crafted using a gold filigree technique, with gemstones inlaid on the body of the pot. The wine cups had three legs, with beast-shaped handles and red gemstones for eyes!

She planned to visit an antique dealer tomorrow to ask about the price and see how much they could fetch.

Zhen Guan was still at war, and the entire city was under siege. Just providing water and food was a slow death. She needed to find a way to help them win the war, to help them break through…

These expenses would be enormous.

She laboriously moved the four large boxes to the underground vault and locked the bank-grade security door. Happily hugging the wine pot, she polished it repeatedly until dawn.

On Zhan Chengyin’s side, the soldiers hadn’t slept all night. The ten deputy generals, learning that the general had someone organize the pool in the middle of the night, felt as though everything had been settled.

The gods had heard their prayers and were willing to save them!

The deputy generals were even happier than the general, crying and laughing, experiencing the heights of joy and sorrow, they didn’t sleep all night.

Before dawn, they all ran to the general’s mansion, asking if it was true. Had the gods really answered their plea?

The general smiled without speaking and showed them Ye Mumu’s reply.

Of course, it was the second reply.

The deputy generals saw the snow-white paper, truly as white as snow. The handwriting on the white paper was neat. The god had instructed the general to find a bigger pool, and water would be supplied starting tomorrow…

Everyone wept with joy.

Several deputy generals hugged each other and cried.

They had water! They had water now! They no longer had to wait for rain from the sky. The gods themselves would supply them with water!

They could finally survive!

Even Uncle Li stood behind the door, quietly wiping tears with the back of his hand.

Though Zhen Guan faced hardship, they now had water!

With water, they could produce food, farm, and the whole city could survive.

They had hope now.

Day finally broke.

Everyone waited for the vase to produce water

But what appeared first were white steamed buns, firm and still warm, made of fine white flour without any impurities.

Suddenly they fell from the mouth of the vase, then like rain, steaming hot buns poured onto the table.
