Su Xiaoxiao’s words rang out through the livestream. The audience burst into laughter again.

“Aiyoo, Su Xiaoxiao really is different now. She actually realized that Liang Wei might go back on his word.”

“No, I think she didn’t expect it at all, she just couldn’t fit it in her backpack, hahaha! Totally by accident, she ended up messing up Liang Wei’s plan.”

“Liang Wei was stunned. He’d been planning to wait until Su Xiaoxiao took out her mother-in-law’s body, then refuse to help. But now that there’s still a head left at home, well… he can’t back out anymore.”

“I can only say, truly the perfect pair: Clown Liang and Crybaby.”

“They’re evenly matched!”

“Two chickens pecking at each other!”

“Damn it!” Hearing Su Xiaoxiao’s words, Liang Wei cursed inwardly. This girl… she actually guessed he might back out!

But… In that instant, Liang Wei hatched a new plan. Compared to having his mother-in-law’s whole body at home, now there was only a head left. Wasn’t that easy? He could just put it in a plastic bag himself and toss it out with the trash. No need for Su Xiaoxiao’s help at all.

So… tonight he would pretend to agree to kill Yamamoto Sakura. In reality, he would provoke conflict between the two women, and let Yamamoto Sakura kill Su Xiaoxiao instead.

Once she was dead, no one would know where his mother-in-law was buried. Then he could simply take the head from home. Even if her brother found out, so what? There would be no evidence pointing to him.

The body would be gone, and he’d no longer have to worry about his wife finding out. From then on, he could live happily with his wife and their soon-to-be-born child.

“Alright, I’ll kill Yamamoto Sakura tonight.” Liang Wei shoveled dirt into the pit, then turned to Su Xiaoxiao. “But I’m worried I might let her escape if I go alone, so you have to come with me. You block her escape route, and I’ll handle the rest. How about it? This is foolproof, if she runs, your life won’t be so easy from then on.”

Su Xiaoxiao pressed her lips together in thought. Finally, she nodded. “Okay. We’ll do it in her dorm tonight. She lives alone. You can use your position to claim you’re inspecting for contraband, go inside, and kill her. I’ll guard the door so she can’t get away.”

“Hold on.” Liang Wei suddenly interrupted. “She bullied you so badly, don’t you want to give her back every bit of what she did to you before she dies?”

Su Xiaoxiao asked, “What do you mean?”

Liang Wei said, “I’ll restrain her and bring her to you. Then you can beat her up, vent all your anger, and once you’ve had enough, I’ll kill her.”

“Don’t agree to that!”

“Shit, he’s planning to let Yamamoto Sakura kill Su Xiaoxiao instead, I can see right through him.”

“Exactly. He’ll restrain her, bring her to Su Xiaoxiao, and when Su tries to vent, he’ll definitely let Yamamoto go!”

The audience had already guessed Liang Wei’s new plan.

But Su Xiaoxiao was different. Her mind was flooded with memories of being humiliated, Yamamoto Sakura cursing and hitting her in front of classmates… The bullying had been seared into her memory.

“Alright…” Su Xiaoxiao’s voice trembled. “Bring her to me…”

Liang Wei grinned to himself. “Then it’s settled!”

“Let’s set a time. It’s 10 PM now. At one in the morning, I’ll get her out of her dorm. You wait at the stairwell to the rooftop, since it’s a secluded spot, we won’t be easily discovered, and even if we are, we’ll have time to get away.”

Su Xiaoxiao nodded. “One o’clock it is.”

1 AM, in the dead of a quiet night. On the 6th floor of the girls’ dorm, in front of room 602, a shadow appeared.

Knock, knock.

No answer.

Knock, knock, knock.

“Who… who is it?” Came Yamamoto Sakura’s impatient, slightly irritable voice from inside.

“Room inspection,” Liang Wei said, keeping his voice low.

“Are you crazy? Doing an inspection this late?”

“Miss Yamamoto, the principal, ordered every dorm to be checked.”

She paused. Creak. The door opened, and Yamamoto Sakura, in pajamas, stuck her head out, rubbing her sleepy eyes. Suddenly, she sensed danger, the man in front of her wore a black coat and had his face covered with cloth.

Before she could react, his hands shot forward, one clamped over her mouth, the other grabbed her collar, dragging her out of the room by force.

“Mmph!” She struggled violently.

Liang Wei growled in a low, menacing voice, “I’m Su Xiaoxiao’s brother. She sent me to kill you. You dared bully my sister? Tonight I’ll make sure you die without a trace!”

Yamamoto Sakura’s eyes widened in shock. Security at this school was tight, how could an outsider get in? Where were the guards? The dorm supervisors?

Liang Wei sneered, yanking her by the hair, step by step up toward the seventh floor stairwell. At the landing, he stopped.

“Mmph—” She struggled harder.

“Shut up.” Liang Wei pulled a small knife from his pocket and deliberately set it down just out of her reach. “You dared bully my sister? Tonight you’re dead, no one can save you.”

Footsteps sounded from above. Yamamoto Sakura lifted her head slightly and saw Su Xiaoxiao coming down from the rooftop door, trembling.

“Little sis, however she bullied you before, give it all back to her now!” Liang Wei urged.

Su Xiaoxiao’s body trembled. She stared at the woman who had tormented her. Fear churned in her chest… because she was about to use Liang Wei to kill this woman. It was the first time she would commit a crime fully aware of her actions.

But more than fear, there was an indescribable exhilaration. The thrill of not having to rely on her brother anymore. The thrill of knowing this vicious bully would soon be dead.

“Come on, little sis,” Liang Wei prodded again, easing his grip slightly.

He was waiting for Su Xiaoxiao to slap Yamamoto Sakura. If he could get Yamamoto enraged and reckless, the knife nearby would become the weapon she’d use to kill Su Xiaoxiao. Heh heh…

But it looked like he’d have to wait a bit longer. Su Xiaoxiao had been bullied for so long she was still timid. Even with Yamamoto in front of her, she couldn’t seem to cross that shadow.

“Hurry up!” Liang Wei snapped.

Su Xiaoxiao ran forward, crouched in front of Yamamoto Sakura, and slapped her with all her strength.

“Mmph—” Yamamoto Sakura’s eyes turned red, looking like she wanted to devour Su Xiaoxiao alive.

Startled by that glare, Su Xiaoxiao instinctively stepped back.

“For god’s sake!” Liang Wei muttered in frustration. “Keep hitting her! What are you afraid of? Pay her back for everything! Don’t worry, once you’ve vented, I’ll kill her.”

Su Xiaoxiao took a deep breath. Still… she couldn’t do it. She had never bullied anyone before.
Never been cruel to anyone, at heart, she was kind. Turning an angel into a devil wasn’t so simple. Even if she hated Yamamoto Sakura with murderous intent, when the moment came to actually kill her, a sliver of hesitation crept in.

“Mmph…” Suddenly, Yamamoto Sakura stopped struggling.  She seemed to sense Su Xiaoxiao’s weakness and locked eyes on her, eyes full of mocking disdain, as if to say she deserved to be bullied.

“Don’t look at me like that.” Su Xiaoxiao’s voice was low and shaking with anger. “Don’t you dare look at me like that… You should be afraid. You should be ashamed. Why? You were the one who bullied me, so why am I the one who’s scared, while you still look so self-righteous?”

“Why?” Su Xiaoxiao lunged forward, grabbing Yamamoto Sakura by the collar. Her eyes were red, glistening with tears, perhaps from fear.

“Time’s up…” Seeing this, Liang Wei loosened his grip on Yamamoto Sakura and deliberately kicked the knife toward her arm.

Squelch.

But suddenly, Liang Wei heard the sound of something piercing flesh. He froze.

Su Xiaoxiao had pulled a pen from somewhere, its sharp tip buried deep in Yamamoto Sakura’s eye. “Don’t look at me like that!” Su Xiaoxiao cried.

Liang Wei: “?”
