Chen Shu stood by the office window. Through the dim light, he could see two officers guarding the hospital’s main entrance. Inside the building, a few other officers were still combing through the crime scene.

Creak. Chen Shu opened the door and stepped into the dim, flickering corridor.

“Found it!” Suddenly, an excited voice came from the nurses’ office. A police officer wearing gloves carefully held up a bloodstained shovel.

The officer quickly dialed Captain Wang, “Captain Wang, we found the murder weapon. It was hidden under an old, broken desk right at the scene.”

“Good. Bring it to me immediately.”

After hanging up, the officer glanced down the hall and spotted Chen Shu.

“Hey! Don’t wander around! No one is allowed near the crime scene!”

“Alright.” Chen Shu replied calmly, turned, and walked toward the other end of the corridor.

Soon, he reached the stairwell and began heading down to the first floor.

“He’s going to find Liang Wei.”

“Just as I guessed, he knows he can’t get the bone marrow, so he left evidence behind, planning to get caught. But before that, he wants to kill Liang Wei with his own hands.”

“Exactly. Chen Shu’s about to be exposed. He can’t wait any longer. He’s going to kill Liang Wei right now.”

“Once Liang Wei’s dead, Chen Shu will be arrested!”
