Domineering Sponsor (GL) - Chapter 34
Today, the plan was to enjoy a boat trip. Unfortunately, not everyone was lucky enough to have a good time. Ji Haolan was quite excited when she boarded the boat, but once the ship left the harbor, her expression changed. The ground seemed to float and sink beneath her feet, making her feel uncomfortable. Soon, she could no longer bear it.
Wei Xia was chatting with other friends and occasionally turned her head to check on Ji Haolan from the corner of her eye.
Ji Haolan had been leaning against the railing, watching the sea. From behind, she looked flawless. Wei Xia was half admiring her and half watching her. This made Zhou Lu click her tongue and say, “Look at her, your eyes are glued to her.”
Wei Xia was not embarrassed at all. Instead, she said confidently, “She is mine. I can look at her however I want.”
Zhou Lu felt she got no affection from this and shivered as she teased, “I think you just want to eat her up.”
Wei Xia ignored her because she noticed something was wrong with Ji Haolan.
Ji Haolan’s usually straight back seemed to bend slightly. Her hands pressed against the railing and her head hung down. She was no longer gazing at the horizon like before.
Wei Xia immediately left Zhou Lu and quickly walked toward Ji Haolan. Zhou Lu followed behind like a tail. She had brought only playful friends today and no lover to hold, so she did not want Wei Xia to have fun alone.
“Are you feeling unwell?” Wei Xia asked as she got close. From her angle, she could only see the back of Ji Haolan’s head and not her current expression.
Ji Haolan was trying to hold back nausea. Her eyes were slightly closed as she faced the sea breeze. When she heard Wei Xia’s voice, she turned to look at her.
Wei Xia finally saw Ji Haolan’s pale face and frowned. “Why didn’t you tell me you get seasick?”
Her tone was sharp, but Ji Haolan looked innocent. “I didn’t know.” She had never been on a boat before, so she could not have known she would get seasick.
Wei Xia asked again, “Why didn’t you come to me if you felt unwell? I could have gotten you some medicine.”
Ji Haolan felt weak from discomfort. Her usual blank expression now showed a hint of grievance and pity. Even Zhou Lu, standing nearby, stared blankly.
Ji Haolan spoke softly, “I didn’t want to bother you.”
There was no need to talk about bothering now. They had just boarded the boat and already lost the chance to enjoy it. Wei Xia took Ji Haolan into the room and laid her down.
“Wait here. I’ll get you some seasickness pills. After taking them and resting for a while, you should feel better.”
“Okay,” Ji Haolan obeyed, lying on the bed and feeling weak.
After Wei Xia dragged Zhou Lu out, Zhou Lu finally spoke, “What’s wrong with her today? She seems especially…” She trailed off, unsure how to phrase it without angering Wei Xia.
“Shut up,” Wei Xia said sharply. “Who does she belong to? Don’t get any ideas or I won’t care about friendship.”
Wei Xia’s gaze was serious, unlike their usual teasing. Zhou Lu raised her hands in surrender. “She’s yours, she’s yours.”
Wei Xia let her expression soften. Zhou Lu sighed. “You fall too easily for looks, but you’re quite eye-catching yourself. Don’t rush to show her off everywhere or someone might take a liking to her.”
Wei Xia snorted. “I’m here. Who dares?”
She went to the staff to get the seasickness medicine and returned to the room. Zhou Lu guessed Wei Xia would not leave that little room until Ji Haolan was better. With no chance to be a third wheel, Zhou Lu returned to the deck to find something interesting.
Xu Jiayan came over like a breeze. Her long dance training made her movements light and graceful. She looked around and asked curiously, “Sister Zhou Lu, where’s Sister Wei?”
Zhou Lu sighed. “Where else? Ji Haolan is seasick. She went into the room with her.”
Hearing this, Xu Jiayan pouted slightly. Zhou Lu saw it and said, “Sister Wei doesn’t like noise. You won’t have fun looking for her. Come on, don’t you like dancing? I’ll introduce you to some big names.”
Xu Jiayan let Zhou Lu take her away. Meanwhile, Wei Xia returned with the pills and saw Ji Haolan still lying in the same position. She was motionless and whimpering softly. Lying down had not helped.
Ji Haolan opened her eyes a little and saw Wei Xia come in. She said weakly, “Seasick.”
Wei Xia softened. She sat beside the bed. “You’re so useless. You can’t even handle a boat ride.”
Ji Haolan responded with soft moans.
Wei Xia reached out to touch Ji Haolan’s forehead. It was slightly cool and damp with sweat. She took out the pills.
“Take the medicine.”
Ji Haolan weakly took the pill and whispered, “Water.”
“So troublesome,” Wei Xia muttered and brought her a cup of warm water.
Ji Haolan’s hand was too weak to hold the cup properly. When Wei Xia handed it over, she raised her hand but then pulled it back.
“What are you doing?” Ji Haolan asked, lifting her pale face to look at Wei Xia.
Wei Xia said, “Your hand is weak. If you spill the water, I’ll have to refill it. Hold the pill in your mouth. I’ll feed you the water.”
Ji Haolan nodded and put the pill in her mouth. She raised her head slightly, her lips parting.
Wei Xia tightened her grip on the cup. She had intended to feed Ji Haolan properly, but she changed her mind. She drank the warm water herself and leaned in toward Ji Haolan’s lips.
Under Wei Xia’s teasing, Ji Haolan struggled to swallow the bitter pill. She could not understand where Wei Xia found the energy for this. In such a state, why was she still playing around?
Despite her complaints, Ji Haolan pulled Wei Xia onto the bed after swallowing. She was not as weak as she looked. The two fell onto the bed, lips still pressed together.
Wei Xia could not hold back. “Actually, there is another way to help you forget seasickness.”
They were too ar0used to resist. Their blue and white casual clothes were pulled off and tossed aside. Wei Xia’s clothes were also removed. Only two slender bodies remained on the bed, clad in their underwear.
Their bodies tangled. Wei Xia’s fingers traced the red skin on Ji Haolan’s waist. Her lips left a burning kiss.
She asked softly, “Is it okay?”
Ji Haolan did not waste words. She flipped Wei Xia over and straddled her. Pressing her mouth against Wei Xia’s entrance, she found a little nub to suck on. The familiar softness gave her mouth a deep sense of satisfaction.
Wei Xia gasped lightly and relaxed her waist, lifting slightly. She pushed her hips toward Ji Haolan’s mouth. Feeling Ji Haolan’s fingers at the edge of her underwear, she raised her leg to help remove it.
The glass door leading to the balcony stood wide open. The sea breeze, carrying the scent of sunlight, blew gently into the room. Outside, the ocean rose and fell endlessly. Inside, only moans and soft sucking sounds remained.
