Blessed Girl From a Farm Family: Surviving the Famine With Space - Chapter 24
The opponent threw a punch at the tiger’s head, then followed with a kick to its belly. The force was so terrifying that the surrounding air seemed to vibrate.
With a heavy thud, the jungle king, weighing several hundred jin—the world’s fiercest beast—was sent flying by a mere human. It crashed to the ground, unable to get up.
Fu Manman shook her hand. Punching a tiger bare-handed had left her in pain! She set Sanya down and patted her head, comforting her, “Sanya, don’t be afraid. As long as your sister is here, no one can hurt you.”
Sanya’s bright, sparkling eyes fixed intently on the older girl before her. Bubbles of admiration rose in her heart—Sister is amazing! Sister is incredible!
Though too shaken to speak after the near-death experience, the joy in her eyes was unmistakable.
Fu Manman clapped her hands and walked over to the man who had tried to harm them. He was terrified—so scared he had wet himself. He stared at Fu Manman in disbelief, unable to comprehend how this thin, small girl had punched a tiger to death.
Terrifying! Absolutely terrifying!
“You… what are you going to do?”
“You beast, go to hell!” Fu Manman grabbed the man by his belt and tossed him into the woods like a sandbag.
The man was thrown several meters, crashing heavily into the forest. He died on impact, and soon after, wolves lurking in the woods seized the opportunity to tear him apart.
“Aiyaya… a demon! She’s a demon!” The other three men screamed in panic, scrambling headlong into the forest.
It wasn’t long before agonized shrieks echoed from the woods—they too had encountered wolves and were torn to pieces.
Chang Zhong was stunned, gazing at Fu Manman as if she were a deity.
“Uncle, it’s alright now. Thank you for earlier!” Fu Manman said cheerfully, walking over to Chang Zhong and helping him up.
Chang Zhong, still dazed, allowed her to help him up, mumbling a few incoherent responses.
She was thanking him? He should be the one thanking her! This girl was unbelievably fierce!
“Husband! Are you alright?” Luhua cried, her face pale with fear as she rushed over to check on him.
“I’m fine! I’m fine!” Chang Zhong replied, still in a daze.
He was so shocked that his mind had gone blank.
“Miss, thank you, thank you for saving my child,” Luhua wept, kneeling and kowtowing repeatedly to Fu Manman.
“Auntie, please get up. It was nothing. I’m just glad everyone is safe,” Fu Manman said, hurriedly helping Luhua to her feet.
Nothing? A tiger tried to eat people—and that’s nothing? Chang Zhong was still trying to process it all.
She had killed the tiger without even using much force.
“Sister, you’re amazing! You beat the tiger to death!” Fu An exclaimed, his little face flushed with excitement as he tugged at Fu Manman’s hand.
“Sister is incredible, so incredible!” The twin boys from Chang Zhong’s family jumped up and down, thrilled.
“The tiger isn’t dead yet!” Fu Qiang shouted from nearby, pointing at the tiger still breathing heavily on the ground.
Hearing that the tiger was still alive, everyone paled, fearing it might suddenly lunge at them.
Fu Manman remained calm. “I’ll go give it a couple more punches!”
“Miss, take my knife,” Chang Zhong offered, handing over his rusty blade.
He was finally starting to regain his senses, his heart filled with awe. This girl was like a goddess descended from heaven! So formidable—he was utterly impressed and in awe!
Earlier, he had thought about protecting her and her siblings. With such a powerful older sister, who needed his protection? He had been foolish.
“Thank you!” Fu Manman took the knife and turned toward the large tiger.
As she admired the tiger’s glossy, beautiful fur, she couldn’t help but smile. Once I skin it, I can use the pelt as a mat, and we can even eat tiger meat later!
Approaching the tiger, she confirmed it was indeed still alive, struggling to get up. The tiger’s eyes reflected Fu Manman’s figure, filled with fear.
“Survival of the fittest. Now, die!” Fu Manman pressed her foot down on the tiger’s head, immobilizing it, and raised the knife. A cold glint flashed as everyone watched, waiting for the blade to fall.
