A Fox Spirit Between Her Thighs - Chapter 15
Li Yao was a clever girl. If the first time had been due to youthful ignorance, then by the second time, she had already begun to suspect something.
Once the dizziness faded, Li Yao propped up her still slightly weakened body and shifted herself upward. She lay fully on top of Ning Yan, limbs tightly wrapped around her, as if afraid the other girl would suddenly fly away.
She cupped Ning Yan’s soft cheeks and gently lifted her face so that their eyes met. Her phoenix-like eyes were filled with astonishment as she asked, “Yan’er, can you guess what just happened to me?”
Ning Yan raised her hand to encircle Li Yao’s delicate neck and replied with a calm tone, “What was it?”
Li Yao hesitated for a moment, unsure of how to describe the sensation she had felt. Eventually, she said in a vague voice, “It felt like your little place… pulled something out of me…”
Upon hearing this, Ning Yan recalled the moment clearly. She had planned to keep it hidden from Li Yao for a while longer, but it seemed the girl had already sensed something unusual.
Ning Yan had wondered whether Li Yao would still want to cultivate with her once she knew the truth, although she also understood that keeping it hidden forever was not possible. Even if she managed it this time, she would not be able to next time. Therefore, Ning Yan decided to speak plainly. “I am a demon. What you felt being drawn from you was your royal aura and your essence.”
A demon? Yan’er was a demon?
Li Yao understood what essence meant. However, she had no idea what royal aura was.
Her dark eyes stared intently at Ning Yan, filled with disbelief.
Ning Yan pressed her lips together and explained in a soft voice, “Ten years ago, in the woods behind Nanshan Temple, you gave me a fruit. On that day, we formed a cultivation pact.”
Ten years ago? The woods behind the temple? A fruit?
Was that not the very event that had plagued her dreams for the past decade?
“You…”
If Yan’er was truly a demon, then Li Yao suddenly recalled something. Her apricot-shaped eyes widened in shock as she exclaimed, “You were that foxhound?!”
That had to be it. The creature in her dreams had a pair of violet eyes, and Yan’er had the same. As this thought formed, Li Yao looked closely into Ning Yan’s gaze, comparing it to the image etched in her memory.
When she heard the question, Ning Yan was first surprised, then chuckled. “I am a fox, not a dog.”
Strangely, even though Ning Yan had just revealed she was a demon, Li Yao felt no fear.
Although she had suffered ten years of nightmares, the purple-eyed creature in those dreams had always been gentle. Now, seeing Ning Yan’s face overlapping with that once-blurred figure from her dreams, she finally understood. The years of confusion cleared away, and she felt deeply relieved.
Still, it was difficult to believe. How could Yan’er be a demon?
Her delicate limbs, her charming face, and her gentle personality did not match the terrifying monsters described in old folktales.
Weren’t demons supposed to have green skin, sharp fangs, and vicious tempers?
Li Yao pursed her lips, her voice filled with suspicion. “You had better not be lying to me.”
Seeing that she still doubted her, Ning Yan smiled lightly. “Then do not blink.”
As she finished speaking, Ning Yan formed a hand seal. A rosy purple glow quickly enveloped her body.
Li Yao watched in stunned silence as the girl beneath her radiated that enchanting light. The glow gradually consumed her figure, then scattered into countless sparkling fragments.
Li Yao thought that Ning Yan was vanishing. She sat up, reaching out anxiously to catch the glowing specks, but they slipped right through her fingers.
A faint pain tugged at her heart. In that moment, all she felt was fear as the overwhelming thought that her beloved Yan’er might disappear filled her entirely.
Soon, the light fragments began to gather again. This time, they condensed into a much smaller form, nowhere near the height of a human. Li Yao kept her eyes wide open, refusing to blink, determined not to miss a single detail.
As the glow faded, a snow-white fox appeared before her eyes.
Li Yao stared blankly at the small creature, unable to reconcile the image of Ning Yan with the little fox before her.
Those familiar violet eyes gazed back at her. The fox called out softly, “Ying-wu…”
Its cry sounded somewhat like a human infant. The sound sent a strange, tingling warmth through Li Yao’s heart.
She hesitated before asking, “You… are you Yan’er?”
The little fox nodded. “Ying…” In truth, Ning Yan could still speak even in her fox form, but it sounded quite unnatural. Since she was a fox by nature, she preferred to communicate using fox-like sounds and gestures.
Once Li Yao was certain, a bright smile blossomed on her face. “Yan’er, you’re just as adorable in fox form.”
She recognized her immediately. This was the very same “foxhound” who had entered her dreams so many times. After becoming so familiar with her in dreams, seeing her true form now brought no fear but only a sense of intimacy. What had once annoyed her, such as the bite on her middle finger that caused pain even in dreams, now no longer made her angry. Now that she knew it had been Yan’er, she could not hold a grudge.
Ning Yan’s ears perked up proudly. Her violet eyes curved with joy, and her tail swayed gently in response to the praise.
Li Yao and the little fox exchanged smiles. So their bond had begun ten years ago. If Yan’er was a demon, she was a kind and beautiful one. A fox spirit like this was more than welcome.
Li Yao blinked her phoenix eyes, then stretched out her arms and cradled the little fox in her embrace. Her soft, fair hand stroked its neck and back, gently running through the silky fur.
“You’re too skinny. You need to gain some weight.” Though the fluffy body looked plump, pressing down on the fur revealed how slender she truly was.
The tender petting caused Ning Yan to narrow her eyes with ple@sure. She remained quietly nestled in Li Yao’s arms, hoping for more of her gentle touch.
Yet before she could enjoy it to the fullest, Li Yao suddenly flipped her over so her four paws pointed skyward, exposing her soft belly.
The fox’s ears twitched. Her violet eyes looked at Li Yao in confusion.
“Let me see how your little place differs from a human’s.” As she spoke, Li Yao’s mischievous fingers moved toward the fox’s private area.
Ning Yan immediately slapped her hand away with a paw and protested loudly. “Ying!”
Li Yao caught the slender paw with one hand, while the other continued its mischief, poking at the flower-shaped opening. “Hmm, it’s so tight.” Even inserting half a finger was met with resistance.
The little fox let out a pained whimper. “Wuu…”
If this continued, her fox body might not endure.
Ning Yan freed her paw, formed a hand seal, and quickly returned to her human form.
At that moment, Li Yao had just been about to explore further. Suddenly, the little fox on her lap transformed back into Ning Yan. She was briefly taken aback, but her eyes soon lit up with playful curiosity. “Yan’er, turn into a fox for me again, will you?”
A new spark of interest had ignited in her mind. She was curious about what it would be like for a fox to feel ar0usal.
Ning Yan had no desire to humor her. She shot her a sidelong glance filled with exasperation.
She had thought that once Li Yao knew the truth, she would be at least a little frightened. She never imagined that the girl would reveal such twisted amusement. Not only was she unafraid, but she even wanted to mate with her in fox form. If Ning Yan had known it would come to this, she would never have revealed her true form. She should have transformed into a terrifying forest spirit instead, just to scare her properly.
